"They are the biggest looter company they will give you big hope that your money will be trippled but when you take policy then fact will get revealed that return is also not beating inflation or FD. when you ask them to surrender policy they will deduct almost half of your hard earn money. Beware of these legit looters. Shame on you PNB.."

"They literally tortured me while i went to close my home loan insurance policy with them. The lady sitting on customer helpdesk section - shruthi was very rude and was not hearing to any of my concern. they literally asked asked me to go back and forth many a time just to get print outs while i had my e policy with me. behaviour of staff was so rude and unsupportive. i would not recommend anyone for PNB metlife. customer helpdesk is to help customers not to torture them. when i asked them to give me in writing that they will not close my policy on the basis of epolicy that they shared to me, customer service staff shruthi completely denied to give anything in writing and was so rude. i asked her whether i can meet any supervisor she replied that she is head sitting in customer service area."
